Bx may get dropped out of a helicopter this morning to search for a missing 24yo grad student. Please keep the searchers and the missing man in your thoughts today. (I'd really like to know why his two friends parted ways with him when they left the summit.)

No icky weather, just a little wind and snow. This morning the clouds blew out and the snow kept falling for hours, tiny flakes sparkling like glitter in the sunlight.

Bx has only jumped out from an airplane at high altitude with a parachute.

No parachute this time? Are they gonna hover as close as possible and say good luck?

sounds pretty adventurous. still, a helicopter is probably a lot better than hiking in, and a lot faster when time may be counting down for the hiker. all our best to bx. please keep us updated.
