Mmmm...stuffed mushrooms

Dodo's Dad's Stuffed Mushrooms:

12 lg white shrooms
1 clove garlic
3 Shallots, minced
3T Butter
4T olive oil
1/2c bread crumbs
1/2c grated parm.
1t basil
3T parsley
salt, pepper

Saute garlic and onion. Chop stems, add to pan and stir until liquid is gone. Mix in rest; stuff caps. 25 minutes @ 350. Or steam in frying pan with water in bottom, covered, for 15 min.
